Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Aimform ("the Service"), operated by Universal Reason LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Aimform is an AI-native cloud operating system for managing organizations. The Service provides AI-powered workspaces, document editing, workflow automation, app integrations, and related tools.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate information and be at least 13 years old.

4. Acceptable Use

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law
  • Upload or transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Process Protected Health Information (PHI) without an accepted BAA
  • Collect personal data from children under 13 without verified parental consent

5. Intellectual Property

All content you create in the Service remains your property. You grant Aimform a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service. Aimform retains all rights to the Service itself, including its code, design, and infrastructure.

6. Marketplace Apps

When you install a third-party app from the marketplace, you enter a direct relationship with that developer. Aimform is not responsible for third-party app content, data practices, or service levels. Each app's data processing declaration is disclosed before installation.

7. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. API usage and overage charges are deducted from prepaid credits. Credits do not expire. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

8. Data Processing and Privacy

Aimform processes personal data in accordance with our Data Processing Addendum. Where you process personal data of EU residents, the DPA incorporates Standard Contractual Clauses. Where you process PHI, a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) is required.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aimform shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your data is soft-deleted and permanently erased after the configured retention period.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email and in-app notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
